Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned AGA and perused the record.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicants that the applicant no. 1 is the wife and proceedings under section 125 Cr.P.C. is pending is pending since 217 in Case No. 875 of 2017 (inre Smt. Sayara Bano @ Rani and another v. Jalaluddin), P.S. Juhi, District Kanpur Nagar therefore, the instant application has filed for a direction to decide the same expeditiously.
Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A., the learned trial court is directed to dispose of the aforesaid case expeditiously, preferably within a period of eight months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if there is no other legal impediment.
With the aforesaid observations the petition under section 482 Cr.PC is disposed of.
