JUDGMENT / ORDER

Having heard learned counsel for both the sides, the petitioner herein is directed to approach the respondents during office hours, within a period of two weeks from today, for the purpose of signing his pension papers.
After the same is done, the respondents shall fix the provisional pension and start making payment of the same from the month of August 2012 onwards. S.O to 20.07.2012.
