JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned APP Mr. J.K. Shah for the respondent - State.
It is submitted that the applicant needs parole to attend and console relatives of his sister who died in the month of February 2011 and the application preferred before the competent authority to release him temporarily came to be rejected on the ground of the adverse opinion. The jail record of the applicant shows that as and when the applicant was granted parole, furlough or temporary release, he has surrendered in time and the overall conduct of the applicant in prison is good.
Considering the above aspect, the applicant convict is granted parole leave for a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of his release on furnishing a personal bond of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only), to the satisfaction of the jail authority and on completion of the parole period, the applicant shall surrender in time before the jail authority. Direct Service is permitted.
