The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the Mutation Case No.3248 of 2017 (Savitri Vs. Santosh) under section 34 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 pending in the Court of Tehsildar, Tehsil Gola, District Gorakhpur may be decided expeditiously.
It is, therefore, directed that the Mutation Case No.3248 of 2017 (Savitri Vs. Santosh) be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
