The sole prayer of the writ petitioner is that the recall application which has been filed by the respondent no.4 against the order dated 29.12.2008 in Case No. 6850 (Savitri vs. Sarju) be decided within a stipulated period of time.
It is, therefore, directed that the recall application shall be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
