By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for issuing a writ of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2, the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Badlapur, District - Jaunpur, to decide Case No. T - 200914360200001 (Old No. 458/99-2000) (Indrawati Vs.
Gaon Sabha and Others), expeditiously.
No useful purpose will be served in keeping the writ petition pending. This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2, the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Badlapur, District - Jaunpur, to decide Case No. T - 200914360200001 (Old No. 458/99-2000) (Indrawati Vs. Gaon Sabha and Others), in accordance with law, preferably, within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
It is made clear that the Court has not adjudicated the claim of the petitioner on merits.
