Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
The sole prayer made in the instant petition is for a mandamus commanding the respondents to issue a solvency certificate to the petitioner in stipulated time.
Counsel for the petitioner states that the application in that regard was filed on 10.12.2020. However, no decision has been taken on the said application so far.
The prayer made in the writ petition is not opposed by the learned Standing Counsel.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no. 3, who is stated to be competent authority to take final decision in the matter expeditiously, preferably, within four weeks from the date of production of true attested copy of the instant order along with photo copy of the application dated 10.12.2020.
