Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents and perused the record.
Present petition has been filed with a prayer to direct the respondent authorities to remove the encroachment in arazi no. 231 which belongs to category-6-2 area 00147 chak marg and the said arazi no. 231 is non- agricultural land situated in village Teekapur, Pargana Gorai Tehsil Iglas, District Aligarh as Chakmarg from illegal encroachers.
At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that some mistakes have crept in the petition and as such, he may permitted to withdraw present petition with a liberty to file fresh as PIL.
Prayer aforesaid is allowed.
Present petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
