HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.11063 of 2010 ORDER:
This writ petition was filed challenging the action of Respondents 1 to 4 in not notifying the vacancy of shop No.14 of Surabhi Agraharam, Harizanawada, Chakrayapeta Mandal, Kadapa district, despite the commendations of the District Collector-2nd respondent on 19.07.2004.
2. The petitioners sought a direction pending disposal of the writ petition to appoint a SC woman on temporary basis to distribute the provisions in Shop No.14 of Surabhi Agraharam Harizanawada, Chakrayapeta Mandal, Kadapa district and this Court by order dated 08.06.2010 granted interim direction.
3. When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents is unable to inform this Court whether any notification was issued by notifying the vacancy for the said shop No.14. No counter affidavit has been filed by the respondents.
4. In the circumstances, the respondents are directed to notify the vacancy of shop No.14 of Surabhi Agraharam Harizanawada, Chakrayapeta Mandal, Kadapa district, if it was not already notified, and take steps for filling up of the vacancy on a permanent basis.
5. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions in this writ petition, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence. No order as to costs.
