THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER Petitioner is said to be unauthorized occupant in respect of 1 acre 20 guntas of land in Sy.No.124 of Thindlu Village, Sarjapura Hobli, Anekal Taluk. In this behalf, when regularization is sought by him, the respondent authority has stated that said land comes within the limits of 18 kms., from Bengaluru City Corporation and as such, regularization cannot be considered.
2. The said endorsement was challenged before the Assistant Commissioner. Subsequently, the Assistant Commissioner has closed the proceedings initiated before him by setting aside the resolution of the Land Grant Committee and remanding the matter back to the Land Grant Committee for fresh consideration.
3. When this matter is taken up today for consideration, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Additional Government Advocate that the Tahsildar, Anekal Taluk, has issued an endorsement dated 23.2.2010 in proceedings bearing No.LND/S/CR/278/2008-2009 indicating that the petitioner’s request would be placed before the Committee for Akrama Sakrama.
Accordingly, accepting the endorsement dated 22.2.2010 this writ petition is disposed of.
