The only prayer in the writ petition is for consideration of Ext.P6. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the University submits, on instructions, that the matter would be considered within a period of one month, since the issue is pending before the Academic Council with respect to other candidates also. In such circumstances, the undertaking of the University is recorded and the writ petition is disposed of, keeping all the contentions of the petitioner open. Sd/-
