THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR HEARING ON INTERLOCUTORY APPLICATION THIS DAY, COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
O R D E R Learned counsel for petitioner submits that on account of the order passed by this Court on 06/09/2018 in W.P.No.38999/2018, the family Court is not passing final order. Hence, this review petition has been filed.
2. The said submission of learned counsel, Sri A.V.Amaranathan, is placed on record. The review petition filed for the aforesaid reason is wholly misconceived.
3. In the order dated 06/09/2018, it has been categorically directed as under:-
“The Family Court is directed to dispose of the petition filed by the petitioner expeditiously and in accordance with law.
Both parties are directed to co-operate with the concerned Family Court for expeditious disposal of the petition filed by the petitioner herein.
Any observation made during the course of this order is only for the purpose of this writ petition and ought not to influence the Family Court while considering and disposing the main petition.
Writ petition is disposed off in the aforesaid terms.
No costs.”
4. In view of the same, petitioner to take steps for seeking early disposal of the petition before the family Court. Review petition is hence, dismissed.
In view of the dismissal of the review petition, I.A.No.I/2019 stands dismissed.
