Challenging the order of learned Judge of Small Causes Court, Rajkot in Regular Civil Suit No.79 of 1993 passed below Exh. 276 on 22nd November 2011, raising various grounds in this application, .the present application is preferred under Article 227 of Constitution of India, However, during the course of hearing ld. advocate Mr. Shalin Mehta seeks permission to withdraw this petition with a liberty to raise all the contentions raised in present petition at the time of final hearing of the suit.

According to his request, petition stands disposed of as withdrawn in the terms above.
