This application has been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay of 1070 days in preferring First Appeal (Stamp) No. 806 of 2010.

In view of the averments made in the application the same is allowed in terms of para 7(B). Delay of 1070 days is condoned. Rule is made absolute accordingly.

First appeal to come up for admission hearing on 08.05.2012.
