Petitioner challenges the recovery proceedings initiated against him. He was granted interim order dated 20.11.2008 directing him to deposit amounts at the rate of Rs.10,000/- per month, payable on or before the 30th of every month, commencing from November, 2008. If the deposit has been made regularly, nothing survives to be considered in the writ petition. If no deposit has been made, then there does not arise any further extension of equity. Writ petition is dismissed.
