SHAH) It is reported that now the society in question / area in question is included in the local limits of Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation and even the entire file, which was with the Ahmedabad Urban Development Authority is also transferred to Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation.
Under the circumstances, leave to join Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation as party respondent No.3 is granted. Notice to the newly added respondent No.3.
Mr.Satyam Chhaya, learned advocate waives the service of notice on behalf of the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation. S.O. to 26th December, 2012.
