JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Leave to amend paragraph no.3.
2. It is submitted by Mr. Bharat Jani, learned AGP, that no sufficient cause has been shown to condone the delay in filing the Appeal against the impugned judgment and order passed by the Trial Court.
3. Taking into consideration the averments made in the application more particularly paragraph no.3, this application is allowed and delay in filing the appeal is condoned. Instant Civil Application stands disposed of.
4. Office is directed to list the Appeal for admission after giving suitable number to the same.
5. Stand over to 1/8/2012.
