Learned advocate Mr. Bhadrish Raju appearing for the petitioners submits that the cheque in question, which is subject matter of the complaint, was not issued from the account of respondent No.1 company. Learned advocate for the petitioners further submits that complaint qua original accused No.2 was quashed and set aside by oral judgment dated 20.12.2011 passed by this Court [Coram : Hon'ble Mr. Justice M.R.Shah] in Criminal Misc. Application No.5457/2009.

In view of the above, rule.

Ad-interim relief granted earlier to continue till final disposal of this petition.
