Nanavati, learned APP for the respondent-State drew my attention to the jail remark-sheet and submitted that the application forwarded to the competent authority for parole leave is pending for decision.

In above view of the matter, the instant application forwarded to this Court through jail stands disposed of with the direction that the concerned competent authority to decide the pending application of the applicant-convict, at the earliest, in accordance with law.

Registry is directed to send a copy of this order to the concerned Jail Authority.
