The grievance of the petitioner is that the Recall Application dated 12.6.2009 in Case No. 129 of 2009 (Kailash and others vs. Ishari) under Section 34 of the Land Revenue Act was not being decided and, therefore, prays that the application be decided within a stipulated period of time.
It is, therefore, directed that the application dated 12.6.2009 in Case No.129 of 2009 be decided within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
