Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents.
The petitioners as usual are claiming protection as they have married of their own free will against the wishes of their parents/relatives.
Learned Standing Counsel has pointed out that as per AADHAR card the petitioner no. 2 is not of marriageable age as on date. His date of birth is shown as 01.01.2001 in the AADHAR card.
In such view of the matter, present petition is not maintainable. Present petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to avail the remedy as may be available to them in law.
