Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of State-respondent.
By means of this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner is seeking a direction to the court below to decide the Mutation Appeal No.19 of 2015 (Smt. Savita Gulati Vs. Shri Kanwal Gulati and another), pending in the court of Judge Small Causes Court, Allahabad, in a time bound manner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case this application is therefore disposed of with a direction to Judge, Small Causes Court, Allahabad to decide the aforesaid Mutation Appeal, expeditiously, preferably within a period of one year from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it.
