JUDGMENT / ORDER

The present petition under Section 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the following prayer:-
"Issue a direction to the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Faizabad to decide Criminal Case No.4520 of 2018, State Vs. Ranjit and others, arising out of Case Crime No.193 of 2017, under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Raunahi, District Faizabad, pending since 17.3.2018 expeditiously."
I do not find any ground to interfere in the ongoing proceedings. However, the trial court should make an endeavour to conclude the proceedings as soon as possible.
With the aforesaid observation the petition is disposed of.
