Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
The present petition has been filed with the prayer to issue direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to pass order for lodging FIR against the respondent nos. 4 and 5 in pursuance of application dated 02.09.2019 given by the petitioner to respondent no. 3.
It would be proper that the petitioner may move appropriate application under section 156(3) Cr.P.C. before the appropriate court.
In view of the remedy available with the petitioner to redress her grievance, no direction is issued in this writ petition.
The writ petition is dismissed at this stage.
