Heard the counsel for the petitioner.
The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for a writ of mandamus directing the Tehsildar Tehsil Meja, District-Prayagraj, i.e. respondent No.2 to decide the Case No.1078 of 2019 (Smt. Savita Devi vs. Kamla Shankar) under Section 34 U.P. Revenue Act Mauja, Bhuipara Tappa 84 Pargana Khairagarh Tehsil Meja, District Prayagraj, pending in the Court of Tehsildar Tehsil Meja, District Prayagraj.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, Tehsildar Tehsil Meja, District-Prayagraj, i.e. respondent No.2 is directed to decide the aforesaid case within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him, in case, there is no legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid case.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
