Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State.
The applicant has been implicated for committing economic offence. Earlier also he was implicated in one case wherein he has been enlarged on anticipatory bail.
It is apt to state that the economic offences, having deep rooted conspiracies and involving huge loss of public funds, needs to be viewed seriously and considered as grave offences affecting the economy of the country as a whole and thereby posing serious threat to the financial health of the country. Similarly, white collor offence can have a large impact on the society. It is also called as a socio-economic crime, because it has a direct impact on the society which is far more costly than the ordinary crime.
This application is accordingly rejected.
