JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Ms.Mini M. Nair, learned counsel seeks permission to delete prayer 'b' of the application.
2. Permission, as sought for, is granted. Ms.Mini M. Nair, learned counsel is permitted to delete prayer 'b' made in the present application.
3. By way of this application, the applicants have prayed for the following reliefs:-
"a. This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to allow this Civil Application.
b.
This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to condone the delay of ____ days in filing this Civil Application for bringing heirs on record and be further pleased to kindly set aside the abatement of the appeal, if any.
c.
This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to kindly permit the applicants to amend the cause title of the Company Applications by impleading the name of applicants, which are mentioned in the cause title.
d. This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to pass such other and further order in the facts and circumstances of the case may require."
4. Heard, Ms.Nair, learned counsel for the applicants as well as Ms.Paurami B. Sheth, learned counsel for respondent No.1-Union. Rest of the parties are served. However, no one appears on their behalf.
5. By way of this application, the applicants have prayed for amending the cause-title of the Company Application by impleading them as legal heirs and representatives of late Shri Vikrambhai P. Palkhivala.
6. Considering the averments made in the judges summons and having heard learned counsel for the parties, leave to amend the cause-title of the Company Application is granted. The applicants are permitted to be impleaded as legal heirs and representatives of late Shri Vikrambhai P. Palkhivala.
7. The application stands disposed of accordingly. Rule is discharged.
