Saurin vs Gautambhai

1. The petitioner Saurin Vikrambhai Palkhiwala who has preferred Special Civil Application No. 10893 of 2009 died on 15th October 2011. This application is preferred to bring his heirs and legal representatives as necessary party.

2. On hearing learned advocate for the parties and on considering the death of certificate of the petitioner this Civil Application does not survive. The heirs shall be brought on record by making necessary amendment within one week.

3. Civil Application stands disposed of in the above terms.
