After the matter was heard, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if any appropriate documents are further required in view of the averments contained in annexure-3 to the writ petition, the same shall be brought on record but for that since the matter is urgent the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition and file a fresh writ petition. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the said liberty.
