Nanavati for Nanavati Associates, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that now the the respondent No.2-Trust has deposited all the amount. He has further submitted that in view of order dated 08th December, 2011 passed by the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, the respondent No.2-Trust has deposited all the amount. Now the dispute of only interest on delay period survives.

In view of above, Notice, returnable on 30th March, 2012. In the meantime, ad interim relief in terms of paragraph 31(B) and 31(C).

Direct Service is permitted.
