Saurashtra vs Labdhi

Rule returnable on 26.7.2012. Learned advocate for the appellant - original defendant no. 1 stated that the appellant is ready and willing to deposit 50% amount i.e. Rs.7,50,000/- with proportionate cost with the Trial Court within one month from today. In view of the above, relief in terms of para - 6(b) is granted on the condition that the applicants deposit Rs. 7,50,000/- with the Trial Court within one month. After depositing the amount, the said amount will be invested in F.D.R. terms initially for the period of one year.

Direct service is permitted.
