Heard Shri Alok Singh Chandel, Advocate holding brief of Shri Sujan Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
In view of the order proposed to be passed, notices need not issue to the respondents.
The petitioner is before this Court for a direction to the court below i.e. Principal Judge, Family Court, Agra to decide the Matrimonial Petition No. 2386 of 2019 (Saurabh Singh Vs. Smt. Parul), within stipulated period.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the court below to consider and decide the aforesaid suit in accordance with law expeditiously but certainly after giving opportunity to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
