Heard Sri A.K.Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Arunendra, learned A.G.A. appearing for State and perused the material brought on record.
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, namely, Saurabh Prajapati with the following prayer:
"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated 14.5.2021 lodged by opp. party no.4 against the petitioner in Case Crime No.0193 of 2021, under Section 376, 506 I.P.C., P.S. Krishna Nagar, District Lucknow.
(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opp. parties not to arrest the petitioner on the basis of the impugned F.I.R. dated 14.5.2021 lodged by opp. party no.4 against the petitioner in Case Crime No.0193 of 2021, under Section 376, 506 I.P.C., P.S. Krishna Nagar, District Lucknow."
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press this writ petition as the petitioner has already filed a writ petition being Writ Petition No.10914 (M/B) of 2021 which is also listed before this Court at Sl.No.74 and the said case is to be argued by Sri Avanish Kumar Bhatt, learned Senior Advocate.
In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
