Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to conduct the fair investigation in pursuance of FIR dated 15.03.2018 registered as Case Crime No.0056 of 2018, under Sections 363, 366 IPC, P.S. Nagphani, District Moradabad.
From the perusal of the record it reveals that the petitioner is the first informant of the above mentioned case. In case, the petitioner is having any grievance with regard to the investigation of the above mentioned case, the same may be raised before respondent no. 2, who shall look into the matter so that fair investigation of the above mentioned case may be ensured within three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
It is further directed that the concerned S.P./S.S.P. shall supervise the investigation and ensure that the same is completed speedily without any undue delay.
It is made clear that in case there is some interim order from the court of competent jurisdiction, the same shall be kept in mind while investigating the matter.
With the above direction this petition is finally disposed of.
