Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that by means of the order dated 19.12.2006, Registrar of Lucknow University was requested to authorize any teacher/lecturer of Sanskrit and Science II (Chemistry) and III (Biology) papers of Board of High School Examination, 2006 to re-examine the answer-sheets of the petitioner. He submits that as the question paper of the said subjects was not available with the examiner and as such, the same has not been re-examined by the examiner.
At this stage, learned Standing Counsel submits that he may be granted a week further time to furnish question papers of the said subjects to the examiners so that the examiner will examine the copy efficiently.
Time is allowed, as prayed.
Learned Standing Counsel is directed to produce the report of the examiner within next month.
List immediately thereafter.
