Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
The petitioners claim to have been selected pursuant to advertisement issued by the Manager for selection on the post of Teacher in Shri Vichar Sabha Sanskrit Vidyalay, Etawah.
The respondent no.3 has submitted papers to the District Inspector of Schools, Etawah for grant of financial approval on 30.11.2018.
The grievance of the petitioners is that respondent no.2- District Inspector of Schools, Etawah has not yet taken any decision to the letter dated 30.11.2018.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that no useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending and appropriate direction be issued to respondent no.2 to consider the grievance of the petitioners.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the case and with the consent of the parties, the writ petition is disposed of permitting petitioners to file fresh representation before the respondent no.2- District Inspector of Schools, Etawah raising all their grievances within a period of three weeks from today. In case any such representation is filed by the petitioners, the respondent no.2 shall decide the same by reasoned and speaking order within a period of three months thereafter.
The writ petition is disposed of subject to the observations made above.
