The instant petition has been filed with a prayer to quash the FIR dated 4.4.2021 in Case Crime No. 0104 of 20221 under Section 498A, 323, 354, 376, 511, 307, 506 IPC, read with Section 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Parikshigadha, district Meerut, with a further prayer to stay the arrest of the petitioners in the aforementioned case.
After some arguments, counsel for the petitioners prayed for withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to the petitioners to seek anticipatory bail and other legal remedies.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty in terms of the prayer made.
