1. Heard Sri Anil Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for applicant and learned A.G.A. for State.
2. The present bail application has been moved by accused- applicant for enlarging him on bail in Case Crime No. 902 of 2014, under Sections 302, 307, 201 IPC, Police Station Chhibramau, District Kannauj.
3. It is contended that applicant is not named in first information report. According to first information report a lady was found dead and a girl was found injured. Injured girl, July in her statement, however, has named applicant. Looking to entire facts and circumstances, I do not find it a fit case for grant of bail.
4. Application is accordingly dismissed.
