Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
The correction application is allowed.
In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the applicant, following correction is being incorporated in the order dated 20.09.2021:-
In second line of second paragraph of the order dated 20.09.2021, in place of words, "petitioner was appointed on the post of", it shall be read as "petitioner is posted as".
In the second last line of last paragraph of the order dated 20.09.2021, in place of words, "order dated 22.01.2021", it shall be read as "order dated 15.07.2021".
