This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus directing the Senior Superintendent of Police, Varanasi and Station House Officer, P.S. Chaubeypur, district Varanasi (respondent-2 and 3) to ensure fair investigation in Case Crime No. 627 of 2018, u/s 419, 420, 363, 302, 201, 120-B, 323, 506 I.P.C., P.S.
Chaubeypur, district Varanasi and submission of police report in it.
Without entering into the controversy raised by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to Senior Superintendent of Police, Varanasi and Station House Officer, P.S. Chaubeypur, district Varanasi (respondent-2 and 3) to ensure fair investigation in Case Crime No. 627 of 2018, u/s 419, 420, 363, 302, 201, 120-B, 323, 506 I.P.C., P.S.
Chaubeypur, district Varanasi and submission police report in it, as early as possible.
