The petitioner has appeared in person.
The petitioner in relief clause 1 has prayed for registration of an F.I.R. allegedly for non-payment of salary to the petitioner by the employer who has deprived him of employment.
The other reliefs prayed for in the writ petition are civil in nature and cannot be sought together with the first relief. Since the petitioner has already approached this Court by filing another writ petition for multiple reliefs, therefore, we deem it proper to permit the petitioner to withdraw this writ petition with the liberty to move an appropriate application in the pending writ petition No.2534 (M/B) of 2021.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to as aforesaid.
