Heard Sri Gautam Baghel, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Dharmaveer Singh, learned counsel appearing for respondent nos. 2 and 3 and learned Standing Counsel for respondent no. 1.
At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondents has placed before us the order dated 16.11.2019 by which the contract of the petitioner for parking/taxi stand has come to be rescinded and the petitioner has only challenged the subsequent tender notice which is a consequential action. Copy of the order dated 16.11.2019 is supplied to the counsel for the petitioner today in Court itself. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition to file proper writ petition challenge the order dated 16.11.2019.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
