Heard Sri Gopal Swaroop Chaturvedi, learned Senior counsel assisted by Sri Akshay Mohiley, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri B.K. Singh Raghuvanshi, learned counsel on behalf of opposite party and perused the material brought on record.
It is submitted by learned counsel on behalf of applicant that by an earlier order of this Court dated 16.05.2018, the applicant was granted time to deposit the amount as directed by this Court but the same has not yet been deposited.
Learned counsel for applicants further prays for and is granted 15 days time to deposit the amount in question as directed by this Court.
Modification/Extension Application is allowed.
