Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the respondents that the order impugned in the writ petition has been passed by respondent no.4, Basic Education Officer, Hardoi, therefore, no cause of action arises within the territorial jurisdiction of principal seat at Allahabad High Court and as such writ petition is not cognizable by this Court.
The order impugned annexed as Annexure 5 to the writ petition reveals that it has been passed by Basic Education Officer, Hardoi and petitioner was also posted as Assistant Teacher in Hardoi, therefore, no cause of action arises within the territorial jurisdiction of principal seat at Allahabad High Court.
Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to petitioner to file the same at Lucknow Bench of Allahabad High Court.
