Grievance is that notwithstanding an order passed by the Director of Education on 20.2.2017, the claim for release of pension alongwith arrears has not been examined, so far. It is also stated that petitioner's mother, in the meantime, has already died.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that respondent no.3 be permitted to examine the petitioner's grievance, at the first instance.
In the facts and circumstances, noticed above, this writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to approach respondent no.3, in respect of his grievance annexing all relevant materials in support of his claim, alongwith certified copy of this order, within two weeks from today. In case such a claim is raised, the third respondent shall call for comments from the respondent no.7 institution, and thereafter proceed to pass an appropriate order, in accordance with law, within a further period of four months, thereafter.
