Prayer made in the writ petition is to quash the alleged list of ineligible candidates of the year 2015 and to allow the petitioner to work in their place. Although the list is annexed but none of the affected persons are made party before this Court. Objection raised by the learned Standing Counsel with regard to maintainability of the writ petition on account of non impleadment of affected persons, is liable to be sustained in view of the Apex Court judgment in Prabodh Verma Vs. State of U.P. and others, reported in (1984) 2 SCC, 931.
Writ petition fails and is accordingly dismissed.
Dismissal of this petition, however, would not preclude the petitioner from filing appropriate petition after impleading the necessary party.
