The submission of Sri S.K.Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner is that the respondents are proceeding to appoint fair price shop dealer in village panchayat Nagla Maan, District Mainpuri in violation of the reservation policy of the State government. The petitioner has submitted a representation in this regard.
In view of the submissions made at the Bar, the respondent no. 2 is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with fresh copy of the representation.
With the aforesaid observations/directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
