This writ petition has been filed praying for the following reliefs:
"(I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the first information report dated 09.02.2021 in case crime No.-057/2021, under section - - 447 I.P.C. & 198(A) OF U.P.Z.A. & L.R. ACT 1950, P.S. - Govardhan, District - Mathura.
(II) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to the respondent No.- 2 not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of the first information report dated 09.02.2021 in case crime No.-057/2021, under section - - 447 I.P.C. & 198(A) OF U.P.Z.A. & L.R. ACT 1950, P.S. -
Govardhan, District - Mathura."
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioners to apply for anticipatory bail/ bail as permissible under law and in accordance with law.
It is made clear that we have not expressed any opinion on merits of the case of the petitioners.
