Pursuant to the orders passed on previous occasion, learned standing counsel has obtained instructions, according to which the order of suspension, passed against the petitioner, has been withdrawn.
Disciplinary inquiry, however, is being continued.
In view of the fact that order of suspension has been withdrawn, no further interference in the matter is called for. It is, however, provided that petitioner shall cooperate in the disciplinary inquiry and the same shall be concluded within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
Subject to observations aforesaid, this petition stands disposed of.
