JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State.
The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Satyarth @ Sonu Yadav, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 01 of 2021, under Sections- 2/3 of U.P. Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Rakabganj, District- Agra, during pendency of trial.
This anticipatory bail application is barred by Section 438 (6) Cr.P.C. and hence, no anticipatory bail can be granted to the applicant.
Thus, this application is accordingly, dismissed.
